You can request data deletion through any of the following methods:
Log in to your PubCue AI account, navigate to Settings > Security, and use the "Delete My Account & Data" button in the Danger Zone section. You will be asked to confirm by typing a confirmation phrase. This initiates immediate deletion.
Send an email to legal@pubcue.comwith the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
If you connected your account via Facebook Login or another social platform, you can also initiate data deletion through that platform's app settings. When we receive a deletion callback from the platform, we process it automatically.
Before deleting your account, we recommend exporting your data. Log into your account and visit /api/settings/export to download a complete JSON file containing all your stored information including posts, personas, channels, media metadata, and settings.
Deleting your PubCue AI account removes all data stored within our systems. Content that was already published to third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, etc.) is not affected by this deletion, as that content is governed by each platform's own terms of service. To remove published content, you must do so directly on each platform.
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to PubCue AI through Meta's Facebook Login, we store the access tokens and basic profile information required to manage your pages and publish content on your behalf. Upon account deletion, we immediately invalidate all Meta access tokens and delete all stored Meta-related data including page tokens, Instagram account identifiers, and any cached content. You can also revoke PubCue AI's access directly from your Facebook Business Integrations settings.
